The challenge
Make learning feel simple on the surface while the system underneath handles different course formats, pricing, previews, access, progress, certificates, and creator workflows.
My role
Co-owned product direction and implementation across the learner storefront, creator dashboard, course and session flows, RTL/LTR localization, protected video delivery, and production operations.
Key decisions
- Kept the learner surface and creator console as two focused products over a shared course model: browse and learn on one side, publish and operate on the other.
- Made Arabic/English and RTL/LTR behavior part of the core experience, not a translation pass added after the UI.
- Designed a preview-first lesson path with protected on-demand playback, live-session schedules, progress tracking, and certificates tied to the same course record.
Outcome
The live platform now supports bilingual course discovery, paid and live formats, preview lessons with an in-course player, learner certificates, and a creator workspace for courses, bundles, discount codes, students, and insights.
